A Weekend to Remember: Highlights from Aspen Food & Wine 2026
By Claire Arana | July 29, 2026
From IMI’s signature events to unforgettable partner experiences, Aspen Food & Wine 2026 brought the hospitality community together for a weekend of connection, celebration, and lasting memories.
Another unforgettable Aspen Food & Wine weekend is in the books, and we are still reflecting on the incredible experiences, meaningful connections, and memories created throughout the week. From the first welcome cocktail to the final dance floor celebration, IMI Events was proud to bring together clients, partners, and industry friends through a series of exceptional events that captured the spirit of Aspen Food & Wine.

The festivities began at IMI Hospitality House, where guests gathered and stopped by to ease into the weekend with refreshing beverages, great conversation, and opportunities to connect with the team. On Saturday morning, attendees found balance at Restore B4, a wellness-focused experience featuring curated bites and cocktails, rejuvenating activations, and the opportunity to step in front of Nigel Barker’s lens for a one-of-a-kind portrait experience. The celebration continued well beyond sunset as we marked five years of Late Night in the Red Room, an energetic cabaret-inspired dance party that delivered the perfect send-off to an extraordinary weekend.
In addition to IMI’s signature events, the weekend featured standout partner experiences that showcased the creativity and collaboration that make Aspen Food & Wine so special. Denim & Dirty’s at Aspen Vodka Distillery brought guests together for a spirited Western-inspired celebration complete with themed dirty cocktails, stunning mountain views, and memorable takeaways. Meanwhile, the 2nd Annual Elevated Escape at the St. Regis Spa offered a tranquil retreat where Dana Michelle Consulting, alongside partners Avaline, Nespresso, and Nestlé Waters, created a thoughtfully curated wellness experience featuring bubbles, bites, and moments of relaxation amid the excitement of the weekend.
A heartfelt thank you to our clients, beverage partners, sponsors, and friends who continue to make these experiences possible. Your support, collaboration, and enthusiasm are what bring these events to life year after year. Aspen Food & Wine is more than a weekend of events, it is an opportunity for our community to come together, strengthen relationships, spark new ideas, and create lasting memories that inspire us throughout the year ahead.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make this weekend so special. We’re already counting down the days until we welcome you back to Aspen for another unforgettable Food & Wine experience on June 18–20, 2027. And yes, despite the Aspen Airport closure during the event, these dates are officially confirmed, so mark your calendars!
Until then, thank you for helping make Aspen Food & Wine 2026 one to remember.
