For the fifth year, Hilton is celebrating Women’s History Month with its signature “A Toast to Her” promotion. Available at participating locations throughout U.S. and CALA from Feb. 15 – April 15, this promotion spotlights the trailblazing women behind the bar and in the bottle, honoring their contributions to the beverage industry.

Hilton Team Members were invited to submit cocktail recipes inspired by women who’ve influenced them, using a wine or spirit that is women-owned, operated, or crafted. Four winning cocktails were selected to be featured:

U.S. Properties

High Fashion Old Fashioned

Created by Layla Biggens at DoubleTree Detroit Downtown, Ft. Shelby

This cocktail transforms a “man’s drink” with a fruity, sparkling twist. Inspired by the resilience of Black women and featuring Uncle Nearest Whiskey, a Black, female founded brand, it’s a bold celebration of strength and spring.

Summer in Paris

Created by Ashley Goe at Hilton Buena Vista Palace

Inspired by Paris Hilton, this cocktail combines her love for a cosmopolitan with refreshing watermelon and cucumber notes, featuring Hendrick’s, a female-distilled brand. It’s a tribute to her confidence, individuality, and elegance – perfect for summer and making everyone feel “that’s hot!”.

CALA Properties

Nicoya

Created by Ana Maria Martinez Nunez at Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica

This cocktail celebrates Guanacaste’s history, inspired by Princess Nandayure’s legendary love story. Featuring female-owned Casa Dragones, with herbal notes for the forest and fruity accents for the coastline, it captured the region’s beauty and spirit “between waters”.

Mujeres Notables

Created by Cinthia Castillo at Hilton Buenos Aires

Since 1995, the streets of Puerto Madero neighborhood have been named after notable women who fought for equality in access to social, civil, and political rights. This cocktail features Bombay Sapphire a female-distilled brand, and honors Macacha Guemes and Juana Manson, the cross streets of Hilton Buenos Aires.

Gather your friends, toast to them and join Hilton in celebrating Women’s History Month. By sipping one of these thoughtfully crafted cocktails, you’re not just enjoying a delicious drink – you’re toasting to the women who shaped and continue to shape the beverage industry.

Make sure to visit a participating Hilton property from Feb. 15 – April 15 to be part of this empowering celebration. Cheers to women, their stories, and their incredible contributions!
