Hilton Garden Inn is stirring up excitement for the start of the summer season with a new limited time cocktail inspired by a seasonal favorite that has been popular for more than half a century. Hilton Garden Inn is joining forces with the iconic Italian aperitivo brand, Aperol, to delight guests with a unique twist on the famous Aperol spritz with the new Rossa Garden Spritz, infused with zesty blood orange. This refreshing new rendition of an all-time classic is available for a limited time starting July 1 at all Garden Grille locations in the U.S. As the ideal companion for a hot summer day, the Rossa Garden Spritz offers a delightful balance of classic and contemporary flavors.

Rossa Garden Spritz

Ingredients

  • ½ oz Blood Orange Syrup
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Club Soda

Directions

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice
  2. Add Blood Orange Syrup
  3. Add Prosecco
  4. Add Aperol
  5. Top with Club Soda
  6. Garnish with blood orange and serve

Cook’s Note

– For a slightly sweeter cocktail, increase Blood Orange Syrup to ¾ oz

-Garnish: Blood orange may be dehydrated or fresh. Dehydrated blood orange wheel may be placed vertically in the drink or attached to the side of the glass using a miniature clothespin. If fresh, use a half-wheel and place vertically in the drink.

Rossa Garden Spritz (Alcohol-free)

  • 3 oz Classico Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine
  • 2 oz Italian Spritz Non-Alcoholic Spirit

Directions

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice
  2. Add Blood Orange Syrup
  3. Add Classico Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine
  4. Add Italian Spritz Non-Alcoholic Spirit
  5. Stir gently to combine
  6. Garnish with blood orange and serve

Cook’s Note

– For a slightly sweeter cocktail, increase Blood Orange Syrup to ¾ oz
