There are several hotel venues who have become one with this delightfully frightful holiday hosting Halloween-inspired events where guests can fall into spectacular interactive experiences full of haunting fun.

  • 1.5oz Ketel One Vodka
  • .5oz cassis
  • .75oz lemon juice
  • .75oz simple
  • 3 muddled blackberries
  • Soda

  • 1.5oz Buffalo trace
  • .5oz coconut liquor
  • 2oz coconut milk
  • .5oz vanilla syrup
  • Topped with coconut water

The Gwen, Chicago, Hocus Pocus-inspired “Black Flame Tipsy Tea”

When you think ‘Halloween’ how can you not think of the infamous the Sanderson sisters? With the recent release of Hocus Pocus II, it seems as if The Gwen knows what they are doing. The Chicago hotel is celebrating the spooky holiday with Hocus Pocus-inspired libations and live acts, an exciting twist on traditional high tea.  The “Black Flame Tipsy Tea” will be held at the hotel’s restaurant, Kostali, and will feature flavorful cocktails, small bites, a DJ, live performances and of course, no shortage of Bette Midler appreciation.
