Seasonal Fall Cocktails from MONIN

Caramel Corn Martini
1 ½ oz premium Bourbon
½ oz Sweet Vermouth
1 pump Monin® Pineapple Concentrated Flavor
1 dash Angostura® Bitters
½ oz Monin® Caramel Apple Butter Syrup
- Chill serving glass.
- Fill mixing glass 2/3 full with ice; add ingredients in order listed.
- Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
- Add garnish and serve.
Spiced Caramel Apple Zinger
½ oz Monin® Chai Tea Concentrate
½ oz Monin® Caramel Apple Butter Syrup
1 oz apple juice
1 pump Monin® Caramel Concentrated Flavor
Top Gosling Ginger Beer
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.
- Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass, to mix.
- Top with Gosling Ginger Beer.
- Add garnish and serve.
Hot Buttered Rum
1 pinch nutmeg
1 piece orange peel
¾ oz Monin® Brown Butter Syrup
½ oz Monin® Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup
1 ½ oz Mount Gay® Black Barrel Rum
7 oz hot water
- Fill serving glass full of hot water, to warm glass.
- Discard hot water and pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.
- Stir gently to mix.
- Add garnish and serve.
Maple Sage Smash
2 dashes bitters
3 leaves sage
¾ oz Monin® Maple Spice Syrup
2 oz premium Bourbon
½ oz fresh lemon juice
- Place first two ingredients in bottom of mixing glass and muddle.
- Fill mixing glass 2/3 full of ice and add remaining ingredients, in order listed.
- Cap, shake and strain into serving glass with 1 large block of ice.
- Add garnish and serve.
