Seasonal Summer Cocktails from Monin

May Day Mimosa
1 oz The 86 Co. Fords Gin
½ oz Monin® Lavender Syrup
1 pump Monin® Mint Concentrated Flavor
½ oz Fresh lemon juice
1 oz Water
3 oz Prosecco
1. Pour first 5 ingredients into suitable mixing container.
2. Whisk well to mix.
3. Pour into Popsicle mold and store in freezer overnight.
4. Remove from mold and place in serving glass.
5. Top with Prosecco, garnish and serve.
El Matador
1 ½ oz Corazon Blanco
¾ oz Fresh lime juice
½ oz Monin® Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup
½ oz Monin® Old Fashioned Ginger Ale Syrup
1 pump Monin® Jalapeño Concentrated Flavor
top Premium ginger beer
1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
2. Cap and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into chilled serving glass.
4. Top with sparkling beverage.
5. Garnish.
Endless Summer Sangria
3 oz Sparkling Rosé wine
½ oz Monin® Guava Syrup
1 oz Cranberry juice
2 oz Lemonade
1. Fill serving glass with ice.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Stir gently and garnish.
Summer Fling
1 ½ oz Premium Dry Gin
½ oz Aperol aperitif
½ oz Monin® Passion Fruit Syrup
¾ oz Fresh lemon juice
¾ oz Cranberry juice
1 pump Monin® Grapefruit Concentrated Flavor
1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
2. Cap and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into chilled serving glass.
4. Garnish.
Summer Whiskey Cocktail
1 ½ oz Bourbon
½ oz Monin® Wild Blackberry Syrup
½ oz Fresh lemon juice
3 mL Monin® Mint Concentrated Flavor
1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
2. Cap and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish.
Flor de Fresa Margarita
1 ¼ oz Premium Silver Tequila
½ oz Triple Sec
1 oz Monin® Hibiscus Syrup
2 pumps Monin® Strawberry Concentrated Flavor
2 oz Monin® Margarita Mix (prepared batch)
1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
2. Cap and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish.
