Rye Smash

2 oz Templeton Rye

1 oz fresh lemon juice

1 oz simple syrup

2 mint leaves

Combine all ingredients in an Old-fashioned glass. Lightly muddle one mint leaf. Fill glass with crushed ice. Garnish with remaining mint.
