Grapefruit Mojito

2 oz     10 Cane Rum
1 oz     simple syrup
1 oz     grapefruit juice
¼ oz     lime juice
1     grapefruit slice
2     lime slices
5     mint leaves

Muddle rum, fruit and fruit juices with mint. Shake with ice and pour into highball.
